Esox Lucius
After a couple of weeks of rain the river had finally dropped back down to nice and clear level yesterday, the perfect chance to have a go for Pike on the fly once again using our ‘Esox Lucius’ Pike rod.
After fishing three venues, only the second one produced. A scrappy jack around 4lb pouncing on the red and white fly. No photo I’m afraid but hopefully I’ll get a short video uploaded soon.
